We want you to be completely satisfied with your Chillhop Music gear and vinyl. If you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Ensure your items are in their original, unworn condition with all packaging intact; please note that opened vinyl and digital downloads are non-returnable.
Submit a Request
Contact our support team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and a prepaid shipping label.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your items in their original box or similar protective packaging, attach the provided shipping label, and drop it off at your nearest carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
